Grounds Care Suggestion
Because of the harsh winter and higher cost of snow removal this past winter, there
will be no mulch work done this season. If unit owners, wish on their own,
to spruce up their areas, the mulch that has been approved by the board is available
at Menard's.
The recommended one to purchase is Mahaska Mulch, in Radiant Brown #180-3044
, which is 2cu. ft., that will cover approx. 12 sq. feet at 2"
deep.
