ATTENTION CANTERBURY PLACE DOG OWNERS!
Now that the snow has melted and spring is finally here it has become obvious that
dog owners are not picking up after their pets! The community is littered with dog
waste and this is a disgusting mess. Homeowners in the community who own dogs MUST
pick up after their dogs immediately after their dog goes outside.
Failure to pick up after your dog will result in a minimum $100 violation fine!
The Board is asking all dog owners to do their part, and go outside and clean up
the grass around the front and back of your home.
Also, per the Canterbury Place Rules and Regulations:
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES! NO EXCEPTIONS!
This is also a Village of Algonquin Ordinance. The Village of Algonquin will be
notified by the Association if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
REMINDERS FOR ALL HOMEOWNERS:
- Any and all exterior changes to your unit (satellite dish installation, storm door,
house numbers, etc.) MUST be approved in writing by the Board of Directors. You
must fill out an architectural change application and submit it to Jacquie at Foster
Premier Inc.
- Garbage Reminder! Garbage cannot be put out before 6 p.m. on the day before garbage
pick up. Garbage cans and recycling bins must be put away on the same day as pick
up by 6 p.m. Remember, this is a fineable offense.
- The Association has a water reimbursement program. Please submit your water bills
to the Management Company for watering of the newly installed plants and during
the summer months.
